But when it comes to icing a sheet cake or pan of brownies, this supremely fudgy chocolate frosting is just so much better. Ingredients 6 tablespoons butter, softened 6 tablespoons cocoa 2 tablespoons corn syrup 2 cups powdered sugar 1/4 cup skim milk Fudgy Frosted Brownies, March 2016 Directions Use an electric hand mixer to whisk together all of the ingredients in a large bowl until a smooth frosting forms. Keep covered until ready to use. Even though I typically use my KitchenAid stand mixer for most frosting recipes, this one is soft enough that I always use a hand mixer.
