Kettle corn, chex cereal, and your favorite Valentine's Day candy coated in white chocolate.

Another white chocolate coated kettle corn confection for the books! My goal is to have a version of this snack mix for every holiday/season of the year (see Bunny Chow and Reindeer Chow). It’s is so incredibly good, and SO easy to make.

There is no way you won’t love this. Honestly. It’s addicting.

If you like popcorn, you’ll like this. If you like M&Ms, you’ll like this. If you like cute little pastel colored hearts with sweet love notes on them, you’re going to LOVE this!

Basically, if you like crunchy, sweet, white chocolate-y goodness– then this recipe is for you.

I’ve been staring at my bag of conversation hearts since the beginning of January. I bought them as soon as they appeared on the shelves, because I knew I wanted to use them in something this year. They aren’t a candy I instinctively think to include in a recipe. But they are so dang cute that I can’t ever resist buying them!

It hit me just a day or two ago that they would be SO PERFECT in this popcorn chow! Normally when I want to make a popcorn mix, I grab my basic ingredients (kettle corn, chex, and white chocolate) and then throw in anything else that happens to be on a nearby shelf. But this time I knew that conversation hearts would be my star mix-in.

I always use this bagged kettle corn as my base. I like that the sugar coating protects the popcorn from any moisture from the melted chocolate, which keeps things nice and crunchy. To that I typically like to add rice Chex and M&Ms and then coat everything in white chocolate melting candy (like Ghirardeli or Wilton).

I added a pink drizzle to this batch just for fun. It’s totally optional, but I think it adds a nice touch. Sprinkles would be so much fun too :).

Enjoy!
