How to Make an Easy Snack Board

Start with Beautiful Base (the Board)

A couple of birthdays ago, my mom bought me my first Happy Everything base and attachment, and my obsession with collecting every attachment for every occasion began.

These marble and wooden cutting boards are brand new to the Happy Everything by Laura Johnson collection, and I’m dying over them!

They make beautiful kitchen decor, customizable for any season or celebration. But even better? They make throwing together a themed snack board SO simple! No need to color coordinate or choose holiday-themed snacks (unless that’s part of the fun for you, of course).

All you need to do is grab an attachment from your stash and voila! Instant holiday vibes, no work required.

Here are some of my favorite attachments:

Get the Caddy

I got the caddy as an afterthought and would 10/10 recommend it!! It’s a great, no-fuss way to protect the attachments. Plus it’s super cute!

Yield: Varies

You need this Easy 4th of July Snack Board in your life! I love making snack boards, because it's a simple way to make even an ordinary day feel special. And it's the perfect way to elevate any holiday celebration!

I'm giving you a list of the red, white, and blue snacks that I included on my board. But you can change it up to include anything you'd like!

Ingredients

  • Boom Chicka Pop Kettle Corn
  • Blueberries
  • Pretzels
  • White Fudge Dipped Oreo Thins (minis)
  • Rice Krispie Squares
  • Red Licorice
  • Mini Frosted Sugar Cookies
  • M&Ms
  • Pistachios

Instructions

Simply arrange a handful of each of the snacks on the board.

I feel like the easiest way to create an aesthetically pleasing arrangement is to start with a medium-sized bowl of something in the center, and then it's easy to fill in around the edges from there.

One of my favorite tricks is to use cookie cutters as a way to decorate the board as well as hold small pieces of candy or nuts.
