Recipe Tips & Notes I used a heating pad to speed up the thaw and rise process for my Rhodes Bake-N-Serv frozen bread dough. Another speed rise method: Heat oven to 300ºF. Turn off heat and crack the door to let heat escape for a few minutes. Meanwhile, place the frozen dough balls on a cookie sheet (not touching) and cover with a damp kitchen towel. Place the cookie sheet in the oven to thaw and rise for about 30 minutes. Recipe Step-by-Step Let the dough thaw and rise to double in size. Let it rise in the bread pan. Bake and eat! Print Ingredients Rhodes Bake-N-Serv White Bread 3 tbsp creamy peanut butter 4 tbsp jelly or jam Instructions Let the dough thaw and rise to double in size. This will vary depending on room temp (see post for speed rise tips). Roll out the dough like you would if you were making cinnamon rolls. Spread the peanut butter and jelly evenly over the dough.
