I’m a sucker for 2- or 3- or 4-ingredient recipes. Seriously, nothing draws me in like a short ingredient list. And when one of those ingredients is Nutella?! I’m sold. Pssssst! Join my Facebook Group for new desserts daily. These fudgy Nutella cookies will melt in your mouth!! A FEW THINGS TO NOTE ABOUT THIS RECIPE: I’ve seen several 3-ingredient Nutella cookie recipes on the internet that call for “1 cup Nutella, 1 cup flour, and 1 egg.” While that’s catchy (1-1-1), it was not a recipe that worked for me. The cookies didn’t spread at all in the oven, and they were way to dry and crumbly. To make the fudgy, delicious cookies you see pictured here, I added an additional 1/4 cup of Nutella and an extra egg. I also added chocolate chips and sea salt to my Nutella cookies, just because. That’s totally optional of course, but it was yummy! This recipe is nearly identical to my 3-Ingredient Nutella Brownies. If you’re looking for something EXTRA extra fudgy, give those a try. What’s there to love about these cookies? Omg, the fudgy centers are TO DIE FOR!! Also, these cookies have serious Nutella flavor. I feel like most of the Nutella baked goods I’ve eaten in the past have just tasted like chocolate. Maybe they were awesome, but they didn’t taste like Nutella. These cookies actually taste like Nutella. Print Ingredients 1-1/4 cup Nutella 2 eggs 1 cup all purpose flour Optional: 1/2 cup chocolate chips flaked sea salt Instructions Preheat oven to 350ºF. Mix all of the ingredients together until dough forms. If desired, mix in the chocolate chips as well. Scoop 2 tablespoons and roll into a ball (the dough is a little sticky, that's okay). Place on an ungreased baking sheet. Repeat with remaining dough, allowing 2 inches in between the dough for spreading. Bake for 8 minutes. Add more chocolate chips to the tops of the baked cookies and sprinkle with sea salt if desired. These are great warm, chilled, or at room temperature.
