Ingredients Needed for Caramel Apple Cider Floats

  • sparkling apple cider (like Martinelli’s)
  • French vanilla ice cream
  • ground cinnamon
  • caramel sundae sauce
  • optional: whipped cream

How to Make Caramel Apple Cider Floats

Start with a big scoop of French vanilla ice cream

These floats can really range anywhere from pretty good to OMG-this-is-AMAZING just depending on the quality of ice cream and caramel sauce you use. The simplest recipes always benefit the most from using the VERY BEST ingredients, because each component really stands out when there are so few. So what I’m saying is: splurge on a good ice cream for this treat. It’s worth it!

Go ahead and sprinkle some cinnamon on top of the ice cream and add a generous drizzle of caramel syrup.

Again, use something homemade or high quality if you really want to experience this recipe at its best. If you really want to max out the apple cider-y-ness here, make my Apple Cider Syrup! It’s SO FRIGGIN GOOD.
