Because it seems like there’s always a reason to give out a little treat bag for something or other– “Thanks for babysitting!” “You’re our favorite teacher!” “Wow! You’re in med school!” …yadda, yadda, yadda. There’s always something, right? And when it comes to little last minute gifts and niceties… there’s nothing better than chocolate and sprinkles. Well….. except, of course, Oreos stuffed with peanut butter and marshmallow cream. and then dipped in chocolate and sprinkles. I love that I can whip a few of these up in under a minute and know that they’ll look adorable, package well, and definitely make someone smile! PLUS– these taste unreal. For something so easy to make, they are surprisingly, fantastically delicious. Oh, and have I mentioned already a few hundred times how quick and easy?? Well. They are. Simply open up your Oreo, schmear some PB on one side and a little marshmallow fluff on the other. Put ’em back together, and give it a quick dunk in chocolate and sprinkles. VOILA! Done. And it’s amazing.
