Because honestly, what’s better at Valentine’s Day than chocolate? Double chocolate! I’m a hopeless chocolate addict, I love it in every form, but brownies happen to be my all time favorite dessert, especially fudge brownies. Top that with a layer of smooth, creamy ganache and I’m in heaven, seriously! I could eat these every day for the rest of my life with zero regret, but my hips probably wouldn’t like me for it. Bake up a batch of these irresistible brownies for a friend or your sweetie and snag one (or two) for yourself, because trust me you don’t want to miss out on them. These are so good! I made them yesterday and put St. Patricks Day sprinkles on them and they were the cutest little brownie bites ever! I did use the stovetop instead of the microwave to melt it all. One thing about these is if after 25 minutes the toothpick doesn’t come out clean, take them out of the oven anyway! I left mine in the oven for a little too long, but they still turned great and my family loved them. Reply
