It’s SO GOOD. “MAPLE CREAM comes from one pure ingredient. We just heat maple syrup to the right temperature, whip it to the perfect creamy consistency, and marvel at the result.” I know it’s not terribly creative, but my favorite way to eat this new-to-me treat is drizzled on a thick slice of homemade, fresh-from-the-oven white bread. H-E-A-V-E-N. Fortunately, I decided get a little more creative than that for you guys! I took one look at this jar of golden, creamy maple goodness and immediately thought: fudge. You’ll only need 2 ingredients: 16 ounces Roxbury Mountain Maple Cream* 2 – 3/4 cup good quality white chocolate chips *Roxbury Mountain Maple Cream is on sale for the holidays! Directions Prepare a 9×9 baking dish by lining it with foil or parchment paper or substitute. Over LOW heat in a medium saucepan, stir together the maple cream and the white chocolate until melted and smooth. DO NOT increase the heat! It may take some time for everything to melt and combine. Once smooth, pour the mixture into the lined baking dish. Gently press it into an even layer using a rubber spatula. If desired, top with chopped nuts. Let cool completely (you can speed set the fudge by placing it in the refrigerator for up to 20 minutes), 3-4 hours. Once cooled completely and set, cut into 1″ squares for packaging and serving.
