Of the three delicious summertime drink recipes I’ve posted this week, this Orange Swizzle is my favorite. Partly because I’ve never thought to pair ginger ale and orange together, and it turns out that they’re an awesome combo. And partly just because I love how this one looks. It’s very, very simple, but it still has a beautiful color gradient (I didn’t capture it very well, but there is a subtle difference in color when you first pour the drink). The carbonation makes it sparkle. And the pop of a ruby red cherry is the perfect finishing touch. It’s just an all-around pretty drink, and it will definitely be my choice for summertime entertaining this year! Don’t forget: all of the drink recipes I’m sharing are for serving to a crowd, but I think you could easily pare them down to just a serving or two. Now I’m not going to feel so left out this summer not able to drink (due to a growing bump) I’ll be making some of this and keeping it all for myself 😀 Reply
