Soft & Fluffy Protein Belgian Waffles Recipe

These Soft & Fluffy Protein Waffles are a delicious and nutrition-packed way to start the day! Two BIG waffles with 15g of protein and practically melt in your mouth.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup pancake mix (any kind that says “just add water”)
  • 1 scoop Quest Nutrition Salted Caramel Protein Powder
  • 1 egg white
  • 2/3 cup water

Instructions

    1. Preheat your waffle iron and grease generously with nonstick cooking spray.
    2. Whisk together all of the ingredients. Pour half of the batter into the prepared waffle iron and cook until golden brown (about 1 minute 15 seconds for mine). Repeat with remaining batter.
