Yum! Thin Mints are my absolute favorite Girl Scout Cookie. I keep a hidden stash of them. Right now there are some in my van’s center console. I even make a Naughty Girl Scout cocktail with a nod to the quintessential Girl Scout cookie. These all look delicious! And it’s nice to see the gf version highlighted. Man! I was so hoping to be able to skip a week between flavors! Last week was awesome, the Samoas dip is A M A Z I N G!! In fact a bowl of it is calling my name from my fridge right now! Let me get my Thin Mints ready, can’t wait to see what you come up with!! Reply
This is an AWESOME list! I just stumbled it and Pinned it ๐ Also, for those of you who end up making Thin Mints using ANY of these great recipes… Here’s a recipe for Thin Mint Truffles! The recipes in this post are actually really a great find because they’ll let anybody make thin mints or thin mint truffles year round… meaning you don’t have to wait for Girl Scout Season!!!
