Welcome to week #2 of my Girl Scout Cookie series!
Last week was all about Samoas, and I had a blast!
{To see my favorite Samoas Recipe from last week, click here.}
This week, I’m covering the #1 GS selling cookie of all time–
Thin Mints.
I’ve never actually made a successful batch of Thin Mints before.
(and I certainly won’t be attempting any this week)
However, I’ve got 18 wonderful looking Thin Mint recipes here!
Check ’em out. Try one. And let me know how it goes!
Maybe I’ll be brave enough to try again one day ๐Ÿ™‚

  1. Yum! Thin Mints are my absolute favorite Girl Scout Cookie. I keep a hidden stash of them. Right now there are some in my van’s center console. I even make a Naughty Girl Scout cocktail with a nod to the quintessential Girl Scout cookie.

    These all look delicious! And it’s nice to see the gf version highlighted. I’ll have to pop over and take a look at that. Thanks for sharing.

  2. I saw that you are making girl scout cookies. Just yesterday I posted Do-si-dos and last winter I made Samoas also. I posted them on Jan 12, 2011 very good but very time consuming also. Have fun and good luck Andi the wednesdaybaker. blogspot.com
