We’re spending the week with my in-laws in California, and we never EVER get to see them, so it’s awesome! And to sweeten the deal? I get to meet two of my favorite bloggers in a couple of days! I seriously feel like I’ve known Dorothy and Hayley for years, and a real-life meeting is WAY overdue. How very convenient that my husband’s family live so near by ๐ . I’m just curious… how many of you have online friends? And have you met them in real life? Or are you going to meet them? I’m super excited to finally be able to put real faces to screen names this weekend! Make sure you follow me on Instagram and Twitter— I’m sure I’ll be posting pictures of the event like only a crazy blogger stalker can do… ๐ Anyway… as I’m on vacation for the next two weeks, expect some brevity in my posts. Like this one. It’s pretty much done. ๐ Happy Holidays and enjoy the fudge! Continue to Content White Chocolate Cinnamon Sugar Fudge Print Ingredients 1 bag Hershey's cinnamon chips 1 2/3 cups white chocolate chips or white melting chocolate + extra for drizzling 1 - 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk 1-2 Tbsp. cinnamon sugar for coating Instructions Prepare an 8x8 baking dish by lining with parchment paper and lightly spraying with a nonstick cooking spray Over LOW heat, stir together the cinnamon chips, the white chocolate, and the sweetened condensed milk in a medium saucepan until completely melted and smooth. The mixture should start to pull away from the edges of the pan a little bit. Scrape fudge into the prepared baking dish. Drizzle white chocolate over the top (as much or as a little as you'd like) and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar (again, as much or as little as you'd like). Let cool at room temperature to avoid condensation. But if you don't care about condensation and just want the fudge in a hurry, go ahead and stick it in the refrigerator! Once cooled, cut into 1" pieces and serve. Notes about this Recipe: Cinnamon Chips are easier to find this time of year, so stock up now!!! If you can’t find any cinnamon chips, turn to Google. I’ve seen homemade cinnamon chip recipes floating around out there. Suggested Varation: trying using chocolate instead of white chocolate for Mexican Hot Chocolate Fudge ๐

White Chocolate and cinnamon seem like the perfect duo to me. The warm must add a kick to that subtle chocolate flavor. Reply
How exciting that you get to finally meet up in person. Through Online BlogCon I have become good friends with Mariely @ Sensational Creations. She lives in Puerto Rico, so maybe one day. Reply
