Instructions

    1. Prepare Brussels sprouts: Remove outer leaves. Rinse in water with vinegar or lemon juice.

    2. Heat the butter in a frying pan

    3. Add garlic

    4. Add some more butter and all the Brussels sprouts. Fry 8 minutes

    5. Add salt and black pepper to taste. Cook for 3-4 more minutes until done.

The Brussels sprouts are ready. You can sprinkle them with grated parmesan or add a little cream sauce or sour cream. Or any seasonings, such as dry basil or oregano.

Suitable as a side dish for any meat, poultry, and fish dishes.
