Ingredients

  • Gold potatoes - 1.5 lbs
  • Garlic - 2 cloves
  • Chives - 2 tbsp
  • Parmesan cheese - 1/4 cup
  • Butter - 6 Tbsp
  • Cream cheese - 3 oz
  • Basil - 1 tbsp
  • Bay leaf - 1
  • Coarse Black Pepper-3
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Salt - to taste

Instructions
