Milk Chocolate and Caramel Skinny S'mores | somethingswanky.com

I can’t say that this is some impressive recipe… in fact it’s barely a recipe at all! But it’s a tasty little treat to keep in the back of your mind for the next time a s’mores craving hits! 

These were inspired by my very favorite S’more… Caramel Filled Ghirardeli Samoas S’mores. If you’re less concerned about the calories, you should for sure check that one out!

Skinny Saturday: Skinny Milk Chocolate and Caramel S’mores

Ingredients

  • 1 sheet Reduced Fat Graham Crackers, broken into two squares
  • 1 marshmallow
  • 1 Skinny Cow Caramel filled Chocolate Piece (comes in a 3 pack)

Instructions

  1. Assemble the s'more and microwave for 10 seconds,
  2. OR Toast the marshmallow (I used my gas stove) and assemble the s'more.

  1. Yum! These look like a great indulgence! I hate exercise but make myself do it most days. I love the results, I hate the effort. The great news is that if you find a muscle building activity that you like (or at least hate less), eventually muscles burn more calories than fat. I personally think pilates is awesome, but each person has to find something they are willing to stick with. All rules for exercise and diet goes out the window when there is life stress. Moving certainly qualifies as life stress!
