Yum! These look like a great indulgence! I hate exercise but make myself do it most days. I love the results, I hate the effort. The great news is that if you find a muscle building activity that you like (or at least hate less), eventually muscles burn more calories than fat. I personally think pilates is awesome, but each person has to find something they are willing to stick with. All rules for exercise and diet goes out the window when there is life stress. Moving certainly qualifies as life stress! Reply
