My favorite birthday cake is always some variation of excessive amounts of chocolate and something fun like salted caramel or raspberry. However, I mixed it up this year and got a coffee ice cream, chocolate cake, and brownie chunks/cookie dough mix-ins from Coldstone this year and it was kind of the best decision I’ve ever made in my entire life. Mmmmm my favorite bday cake flavor is the Korean kind, which has a simple vanilla cream that’s super light and fluffy, and not too sweet. Then, every layer contains that same cream/frosting with a bunch of fresh fruit!!!!! So hungry now, haha. Reply
