This recipe is absolutely delicious and extremely easy to make. I made half the quantity and ate almost the entire thing. My husband, who doesn’t have a sweet tooth loved it as well, although he only got a couple of pieces.i am entertaining this weekend and am going to check out some more of your excellent deserts- hope to find some more of your moms recipes.
Any tips for making muffins instead of a loaf? I think these would be perfect for Christmas gifts, and I’m not up for baking several loaves. ๐

This looks SOSOSO yummy!! It’s very similar to my recipe! I’ve tried making it with applesauce, whole wheat flour, etc. but it’s just not quite the same. YUM!
